I have been involved in real estate and customer service for approximately 20 years. During this time I have developed a high level of communication skills, have obtained a thorough knowledge of property management and have a very professional and pleasant manner. I enjoy dealing with a wide variety of people and property and strive to attend to everyone's needs. Having grown up in Dubbo I have good understanding of the local rental market and really enjoy being involved in what is happening in the community. When I have free time I like to garden, read, go to the movies and relax at family gatherings.

SARAH GRAHAM

I have worked within the customer service industry for a number of years, and was delighted when I started my role with Raine & Horne Dubbo in September 2008.

I wanted to begin my career in real estate as it presented a challenge and the opportunity to better myself in day to day life, which I feel I have accomplished.

I am very open minded, who gets along well with a wide variety of people, I believe I am also reliable and honest; all these traits help me to do well in the property management department.

In October 2010 I was a finalist in the REINSW Excellent Awards for young agents – Residential property management achievement, which I was very honoured to be recognised for the hard work that is put in by property managers.

In my spare time I love spending time at the river and going jet skiing, playing netball and I don't mind getting dirty by helping my partner and his father fix trucks and cars from changing oil to rebuilding engines.

HELEN BURGESS

I have always been interested in real estate, so when I was given the opportunity to work with Raine & Horne Dubbo in April 2010 I was looking forward to the new direction in my career.

Previous to this I was working for United Group Services, giving my excellent communication skills.

I believe that my honesty and willingness to help as much as possible will enable me to work efficiently with landlords, tenants and my fellow workmates.

In my free time I love to go for walks and motorbike rides with my partner and also spend time with my three beautiful daughters and five wonderful grandkids.

I joined Raine & Horne Dubbo in February of 2005. Beginning as a personal assistant I have worked within many departments and have now made my way into the Property Management team. I enjoy the challenges that the job brings and love the reward that comes with finding my clients a suitable tenant to care for their investment property. In my spare time, I enjoy travelling, meeting people and spending time with friends. My enthusiasm for excellent service means I am committed to providing the best property management experience possible.

SUSAN MILLS
Property Management Secretary

I joined the Raine & Horne team in April 2007 as the property management secretary. Prior to this I have had many years of experience in an administrative role with Shell.

My ability to be organised and strong work ethic will be a valuable asset to the team. I wanted to begin a career in real estate as it presented a challenge to me and I believe that I could do the job very well. I am thoroughly enjoying working in this professional and friendly office.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, gardening and walking my dearly loved dog.
